Materials & Craftsmanship
This model is crafted using LGW Gold-certified full grain cowhide paired with full grain goatskin leather. The leathers are vegetable-tanned at Sepici, one of Turkey’s top tanneries. This natural process gives Monza a healthy, skin-friendly texture and allows the cardholder to develop a unique personal patina over time.
Each Monza is meticulously prepared by punching both sides of the leather using 3.85 mm French-style chisels. These holes are aligned with micrometric precision, then hand-stitched using the traditional saddle stitch technique, Japanese polyester dry waxed thread, and dual needles. The result: a structure that never unravels and ages beautifully.
