Materials & Craftsmanship
The tray is constructed with Sepici-tanned full grain cowhide leather on the exterior and soft goat suede leather on the interior. Each edge is carefully punched using 3.85 mm French-style chisels, then stitched by hand using the traditional saddle stitch technique with Japanese polyester dry waxed thread. The form is manually folded and reinforced for long-term structure and durability.
The coasters feature a dual-layer construction: the top surface is made from vegetable-tanned goat leather, while the underside is finished with Sepici full grain vegetable-tanned cowhide. Each coaster is also hand-punched with 3.85 mm French-style chisels and fully saddle stitched by hand — providing strength as well as a refined look.
