New Loco KVKK Clarification Text and Privacy Policy

We respect and value the privacy of your personal data. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), which aims to safeguard your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Under this law, TLY Foreign Trade and Logistics Limited Company, which operates under the New Loco brand, is designated as the "Data Controller." According to the law, "Data Processing" refers to any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, storage, updating, classification, sharing with or transferring to third parties permitted by law, whether by automated means or non-automated means provided that it is part of a data recording system.

In the context of our commercial relationship arising from the products and services you receive from our company, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the KVKK:

– Explicitly provided by law
– Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract
– Required to fulfill legal obligations
– Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
– Legitimate interest of the company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
– Your explicit consent, in the case of sensitive personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

– To fulfill the requirements of the sales agreement and issue invoices using your name, surname, ID number, and contact information
– To verify your identity in transactions using your identification and address information
– To communicate important information with you when necessary
– To process your credit card information solely for the purpose of completing your purchase
– To notify you of personalized products, services, and campaigns with your permission
– To manage product/service sales processes using your purchase history and store camera recordings
– To fulfill our administrative and legal obligations
– To process your IP address strictly for fraud prevention purposes
– To improve the efficiency of our advertising and marketing activities

Your personal data is shared only with individuals and institutions permitted by law. In particular, for advertising and marketing purposes, we may share data with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google in order to deliver personalized campaigns and content.

Your data may be collected via our call center, website, mobile applications, or through cookies, in verbal, written, or electronic formats.

Under KVKK, you have the following rights:

– To learn whether your personal data is being processed
– To request information if your personal data has been processed
– To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose
– To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
– To request correction of your data if it is incomplete or incorrect
– To request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of Article 7 of the Law
– To request that the actions taken above be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
– To object to any unfavorable outcome resulting from automated analysis
– To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing

You may delete your personal data yourself through our e-commerce platform or request manual deletion by contacting us. Your request will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest.

Depending on the nature of your request, additional verification may be required.
